UPCOMING EVENTS

Come to worship as we begin our journey through The Story, a walk through the Old Testament this year.  This is a unique and coordinated journey through the Bible as Children's to Youth to Adult journey together gaining resources to be able to have conversations together and learn more.

PRAISE DANCE

This session will be open to any child ages 5-8.  Practices start February 19 & will meet starting 15 minutes after service and last till noon.  Kids need to change into comfy clothes.  Practice dates are: February 19 through March 18, April 15, 29 & May 6.  Performance will be May 13 (Mother’s Day).  Please sign up using the Connection Card.

IKEA SHOPPING TRIP

Date: April 14 leaving at 9am & returning at 9pm.  Open to the first 22 people (friends, family invited, but first come, first served).  Cost is $60 per person which covers transportation.  Envelopes for payment are on the Information Table; payment due by April 1.  Sign up on the Connection Card or call the office to receive more info.

SOFTBALL

We’d like to get an SVCC Softball Team together—possibly even 2 if there is enough interest (men, women or co-ed).  Cost would be $35 per person.  The season starts May 7 and goes for 8 weeks (playoffs after if all goes well).  Sign up at the back table or use the Connection Card if interested and we will be in touch.

ANNUAL MISSION DINNER AUCTION

Guessing Jars.  Feel free to fill a jar, seal it & record on the bottom with tape how many are in the jar.  At the auction, guesses cost $0.25 each and the closest wins the jar and it's contents.
